本实验应用超微组织化学、组织化学和显微分光光度计测定,对出生后第10至第90天大鼠附睾管上皮主细胞酸性磷酸酶活性进行了观察。结果表明随着年龄的增加,酸性磷酸酶活性逐渐增加。而且观察到:第10天组附睾管上皮主细胞中仅有GERL及其周围小泡呈酸性磷酸酶阳性反应;第19天组还可见阳性反应的溶酶体;第35天以后,Golgi复合体的池囊也呈阳性反应。本文对生后大鼠附睾管上皮主细胞出现上述变化的意义进行了讨论。
In this study, the application of ultrastructural chemistry, histochemistry and spectrophotometer determination of the 10th to 90th days after birth, epididymal epithelial cells of the main cell acid phosphatase activity were observed. The results showed that with increasing age, acid phosphatase activity gradually increased. Moreover, it was observed that on day 10, only GERL and its surrounding vesicles in the epididymal tubular epithelial cells showed acid phosphatase positive reaction; positive lysosomes were also seen on day 19; after day 35, the Golgi complex The pool of capsules also showed a positive reaction. This article discusses the significance of the above changes in the main epididymal epithelial cells of postnatal rats.
