李斌老师个子不高,两眼有神,常带着笑意。他今年四十七岁了,但看上去要年轻得多,可能是因为常年和生气勃勃的大学生们在一起的缘故吧。他既教书,又善于做学生的思想工作。今年五月间,中共广东省委宣传部和省高教局召开表彰他的大会,并号召全省高等学校开展学习李斌的活动。前不久,我有机会访问了李斌老师,请他谈谈做学生思想工作的想法和经验。“您是建工系的专业课教师,却花费大量的时间和精力做学生的思想工作……”李斌老师对这个问题一点也不感到突然,也许这是他回答过许多次的问题了。他用略带南方口音的普通话,不假思索地说:“作为一名教师,应该培养出又红又专的学生。所以,做学生的思想政治工作是每个教师的责任,而不是额外的负担。” Li Bin teacher is not tall, his eyes are God, often with a smile. Using Mandarin, with a slightly southern accent, he said without hesitation: “As a teacher, you should cultivate red and specialized students, so it is the responsibility of every teacher to do the student’s ideological and political work, not the additional burden . ”
