自然杀伤T细胞(NKT细胞)是一种新型的淋巴细胞,与T细胞和NK细胞不同,其同时表达T细胞表面受体和NK细胞表面标志,其发育受CD1分子限制.近年来研究发现NKT细胞是调节免疫反应的重要细胞,在器官移植免疫耐受的产生和维持中发挥重要作用.本文主要就NKT细胞的生物学特点以及其在角膜移植免疫耐受中的作用机制作一综述.
