1. System 1.1 Design Methodology 1.1.1 How It Works The foundation of a language insertion system is the transmission of a single occurring language burst in a conversation. The system activity rate is determined by the voice burst duration and frequency. In normal voice transmission, when a circuit is switched on, only 30% to 40% of the time of a voice channel is active and the rest of the time can be used for voice transmission of other channels.
