对于一些没有采用采编系统的编辑部,传统的纸质登记方法以及采用单机电子表格登记方法都十分低效。对编辑部的稿件登记需求进行了分析,为提高工作效率,表明对于没有使用采编系统的编辑部需要采用基于信息共享的电子表格稿件登记方法,但一些常见电子表格共享方法都存在一些问题,因此在分析了在线表格简单经济的特点后,提出采用在线表格进行稿件登记,并给出了操作方法。实际运行结果表明,该方法简单易行,在不增加成本的条件下提高了工作效率,十分适用于没有采用采编系统的小型编辑部。
For some editorial offices that lack the editing system, traditional paper-based registration methods and the use of standalone spreadsheet registration methods are inefficient. In order to improve the work efficiency, it is suggested that editorial department based on information sharing needs to adopt the registration method of electronic forms based on information sharing, but there are some problems in some common spreadsheet sharing methods After analyzing the characteristics of the simple and economical online form, this paper proposes to use the online form to register the manuscript and gives the operation method. The actual operation results show that the method is simple and easy to operate without increasing the cost and improves the work efficiency. It is very suitable for the small editorial department which does not adopt the editing system.
