目前高职院校的生源质量持续下降,学生学习情况差,存在大量的考核不严格情况,而且中国大学生的学习氛围差已经成为一个非常严重的社会现象,大量学生在校期间沉溺于网络游戏、手机游戏、网络小说、在线视频等娱乐手段而荒废了学业。为了解决高校学生不学习混文凭的现状,本文探讨了一种学分制实施机制,通过严格考核体系增加学生学习的外在压力,通过学分银行的方式激发学生的内在学习动力,推动学生的主动自觉学习。
