随着时代之变迁,法之精义也如大浪淘沙,法之公约属性,也逐渐深入人心。随之而生的,是法律制度的公约性渐渐增强。本文特针对当前民法制度中的无因管理现状,予以考证。无因管理虽是民法所规定的法律事实,并具有引起法律效果的作用,但是,无因管理本身来源于民间,是生活原有的现象。所以,我们应当对于无因管理制度做进一步的研究,以适应时代的发展变化,为社会文化树立正确的导向。 With the change of the times, the essence of the law is also the attributes of conventions such as the Ebb Tide and the Law of the People’s Republic of China, which are also gradually reaching the hearts of the people.
