描述了在马德里的西班牙众议院会议厅半圆形建筑中检测到的声学问题,给出了解决该问题的步骤和流程。为了量化混响时间、快速语言传输指数(RASTI)及礼堂内辅助系统产生背景噪声级的声学特征,在半圆形建筑空场中做了一些声学测量。建立了一个仿真模型并通过在空场条件中的测量进行了验证,当开会期间只允许进行声压级测量情况下,可以用该模型来模拟半圆形建筑在开会期间的声学指标。考虑了多种不同方面来优化会议期间的语言清晰度,提出和模拟过的建议主要包括降低会议期间的背景噪声级和提升扩声系统。
Describes the acoustic problems detected in the semicircular building in the Spanish Chamber of Deputies in Madrid and gives steps and procedures to solve the problem. In order to quantify the acoustic characteristics of reverberation time, RASTI and auditorium auxiliary system to generate background noise level, some acoustic measurements were made in semi-circular building empty field. A simulation model was established and validated by measurements in the field conditions. This model can be used to simulate the acoustics of semicircular buildings during a meeting, when only sound pressure level measurements are allowed during the session. A number of different aspects have been considered to optimize the speech intelligibility during a meeting. Suggestions made and simulated include reducing the background noise level during a meeting and enhancing the sound reinforcement system.
