目的提高保健中心内部规范化管理水平和对外服务的质量和效率。方法引进开发的包括业务管理系统、电话语音信息应答咨询服务系统、触摸屏信息查询眼务系统、显示屏公众信息播放系统、形象识别系统等多手段的综合信息化系统。结论通过信息化系统的建设,有效提高了保健中心整体把关和服务水平,提高管理者管理和决策能力,有利于检务公开和接受社会监督,促进中心诚信服务,有利于创立品牌服务。
Objective To improve the standardization of management within the health center and the quality and efficiency of external services. Methods Introduced and developed integrated information system including business management system, telephone voice information response consulting service system, touch screen information inquiry eye system, display public information broadcasting system and image recognition system. Conclusion Through the construction of informatization system, the overall improvement and service level of health care center can be effectively improved, and the management and decision-making ability of managers can be improved. It is also conducive to the openness and acceptance of social supervision by prosecutors, the promotion of integrity service of the center and the establishment of brand services.
