行业收入不但与行业的技术水平、行业工人的人力资本含量、资本劳动比率等因素有关,而且还与行业的行政垄断程度有着巨大的相关性。本文通过1996～2006年工业细分行业的面板数据(Panel Data)研究了行政垄断与行业收入差距的相关性。计量结果表明:行政垄断行业的收入水平与行政垄断程度显著正相关;对竞争性行业而言,行政垄断程度与行业收入水平显著负相关;对部分行政垄断程度变化不大的行业而言,行政垄断程度对行业收入水平的影响不显著。所以说,行政垄断的存在加剧了行政垄断行业与竞争性行业之间的收入差距。另外,行业工人的平均劳动生产率等因素也是影响行业收入水平的重要因素。
The industry’s income is not only related to the industry’s technical level, the human capital content of industry workers, capital and labor ratios, but also has a huge correlation with the industry’s administrative monopoly. This paper studies the correlation between administrative monopoly and industry income gap through panel data of industrial subdivision industry from 1996 to 2006. The measurement results show that: the income level of the administrative monopoly industry is significantly positively related to the degree of administrative monopoly; for the competitive industry, the degree of administrative monopoly has a significant negative correlation with the industry income level; for industries with little change in the degree of administrative monopoly, the administrative The degree of monopoly has no significant effect on the industry income level. Therefore, the existence of an administrative monopoly intensifies the income gap between the administrative monopoly industry and the competitive industry. In addition, factors such as the average labor productivity of industrial workers are also important factors that affect the income level of the industry.
