采用缺铁营养液培养的方法,比较根部追施晋FA-Fe肥与其他有机、无机铁源,以及根施不同浓度晋FA-Fe肥对缺铁黄化的西红柿幼苗生长、发育的影响。研究了作物对不同铁源的吸收、运转以及对作物新陈代谢和生理指标的影响,充分表明了晋FA-Fe是一种较易被作物根部吸收并能在植株体内得以很好运转的铁源形态,不仅对矫正西红柿缺铁黄化有明显的效果,而且对作物的光合强度、呼吸强度、根代换量、根活力以及过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶均有着良好影响,显示了较强的生物活性。是一种很有希望的可供根部吸收利用的有机络合态铁源。
