目的:探讨异常黑胆质载体动物模型实验动物的下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴(HPAA)的形态学改变及其与异常黑胆质的关系,并提供形态学依据。方法:选择健康ICR雄性小鼠30只,分为正常对照组和模型组,造模后模型组与正常对照组小鼠眼球放血处死,迅速取其下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺并固定于10%的福尔马林溶液中,采用HE染色,光学显微镜进行组织学观察。结果:与正常对照组对比,模型组小鼠下丘脑星形胶质细胞肿胀,间质血管中、重度扩张,垂体细胞中、重度增值,肾上腺网状带中、重度增殖,同时肾上腺髓质重度增生。结论:异常黑胆质证与下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴有密切的关系。
Objective: To investigate the morphological changes of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis (HPAA) and its association with abnormal savda in experimental animal model of abnormal savda and to provide morphological evidence. Methods: Thirty healthy ICR male mice were randomly divided into normal control group and model group. After modeling, mice in model group and normal control group were excreted by exsanguination. Hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal glands were rapidly removed and fixed in 10% Formalin solution, using HE staining, optical microscopy for histological observation. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the astrocytes in the hypothalamus of the model group swelled, moderately expanded in the interstitial blood vessels, heavily increased in the pituitary cells, moderately proliferated in the adrenal reticular band, and severe in the medullary medulla Hyperplasia. Conclusion: The abnormal savda syndrome is closely related to the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis.
