目的旨在研究异丹叶大黄素和白藜芦醇对中性粒细胞功能的影响。从兔外周血分离中性粒细胞,检测用炎性四肽(fMLPP)诱导中性粒细胞趋化及β葡糖醛酸酶活性。结果显示:fMLPP诱导中性粒细胞趋化的最适浓度为5×10-10mol·L-1。在10-10~10-6mol·L-1的浓度范围内,fMLPP能剂量依赖性地促进中性粒细胞β葡糖醛酸酶释放。异丹叶大黄素与白藜芦醇在一定浓度范围内均能抑制fMLPP诱导的中性粒细胞的趋化。提示二者均能增强中性粒细胞的功能,可能是他们抗炎作用的机制之一。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of isomemoxin and resveratrol on neutrophil function. Neutrophils were isolated from peripheral blood of rabbits and examined for the induction of neutrophil chemotaxis and β-glucuronidase activity using inflammatory tetrapeptide (fMLPP). The results showed that the optimal concentration of fMLPP-induced neutrophil chemotaxis was 5×10-10 mol·L-1. In the concentration range of 10-10 to 10-6 mol·L-1, fMLPP dose-dependently promoted the release of β-glucuronidase from neutrophils. Isomandine emodin and resveratrol inhibit fMLPP-induced neutrophil chemotaxis within a certain concentration range. It is suggested that both can enhance the function of neutrophils and may be one of the mechanisms of their anti-inflammatory effects.
