论文基于经济学原理,建立了反映公路快速直达客运运营效率的4个关键技术经济指标间的数学模型,结合对模型中相应参数的可行性求解分析,得出公路快速直达客运型组织方式存在的局限性。鉴于此局限性,提出枢纽集散运输与节点配载运输两种新型公路快速客运组织方式,并就新型组织方式的实施流程、运营效率、适用范围等方面开展深入研究。论文最后依据我国国情,提出公路快速客运组织方式的阶段性发展目标与运作模式,旨在实现多种组织方式的和谐发展及实载率、生产效率与服务水平等方面的提高与改进,最终达到优化公路快速客运系统的目的。
Based on the principle of economics, the paper establishes a mathematical model of the four key technical and economic indicators that reflect the efficiency of highway direct passenger transportation.
