用RAPD(RandomAmplifiedPolymorphicDNA ,即随机扩增多态性DNA)分析技术 ,以筛选出的OPQ1 5为引物绘制了我国及世界范围内苹果生产中 1 9个重要砧木基因型的DNA指纹图谱。根据该指纹图谱 ,分析了供试材料的遗传多样性 ;区分了供试砧木基因型中的 1 7个 ,区分率为 95%;讨论了影响RAPD分析技术的主要因素 ;对RAPD分析技术在果树砧木真实度和纯度检测中的应用作了展望
Using RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) analysis technology, DNA fingerprinting patterns of 19 important rootstock genotypes in apple production in China and around the world were screened with the selected OPQ1 5 primers. According to the fingerprinting, the genetic diversity of the tested materials was analyzed. Seventeen genotypes were distinguished from each other, with a discrimination rate of 95%. The main factors affecting RAPD analysis were discussed. The application of real stock and purity test of rootstocks is prospected
