我国四川拥有储量丰富的硫磷铝锶矿,它是世界上最大的磷酸铝型矿床之一,并且是下层巨大磷块岩矿床的直接顶板.开采磷块岩矿床必须首先解决顶板硫磷铝锶矿的利用,否则将造成磷矿资源的巨大浪费并给环境带来污染.但由于该硫磷铝锶矿品位低、杂质含量高,加工难度大,过去长期研究未获有效结果.为充分利用我国这种特有的低品位磷矿资源进行了一系列研究.在此基础上已开拓出一条有效的技术路线,经过简单加工可制得含枸溶磷20%的磷酸铝型肥料,达到国家热法磷肥优级品等级.并且它是缓效肥料,可用于粮食作物以及草原牧草,对农业、畜牧业都有重要意义.
