在竞争日趋激烈的国际离岸服务外包市场中,形成并保持良好的伙伴关系质量成为外包成功的关键。厘清伙伴关系质量的驱动因素及效应不仅有助于从理论上解释离岸服务外包伙伴关系质量形成和演进的内在机理,而且具有重要的实践指导意义。本文从承接商的角度,对离岸服务外包伙伴关系质量驱动因素及其对外包绩效的影响效应进行了实证分析。研究表明,离岸服务外包伙伴关系质量受到宏观环境因素和企业微观因素的双重影响,但企业微观因素的影响程度更大。并且,外包业务类型和承接企业规模对离岸服务外包伙伴关系质量及其驱动因素,以及伙伴关系质量与外包绩效之间有一定程度的调节作用。
In the increasingly competitive international offshore service outsourcing market, forming and maintaining a good partnership quality has become the key to the success of outsourcing. To clarify the drivers and effects of the partnership quality not only helps to theoretically explain the inherent mechanism of the formation and evolution of offshore service outsourcing partnerships, but also has important practical guiding significance. In this paper, from the perspective of the undertaker, this paper empirically analyzes the quality drivers of offshore service outsourcing partnerships and their effect on outsourcing performance. The research shows that the quality of offshore service outsourcing partnerships is affected by macroeconomic factors and business microeconomic factors, but the impact of microeconomic factors is even greater. Moreover, the type of outsourcing and the size of undertaking firms have some degree of accommodation between the quality of offshore service outsourcing partnerships and their drivers, as well as the quality of partnership and the performance of outsourcing.
