随着PLC和单片机应用的日趋广泛,我校在“工企”专业和“计算机应用”专业相继开设了《PLC》和《单片机》两门课程,取代了以单板机TP801为主要内容的《微机原理及应用》。我们将原“微机原理及应用实验”中的许多实验作了移植、充实并逐步形成了《PLC》和《单片机》两门课的实验教学体系。本文介绍的是将“交通信号灯实时控制”实验移植为《PLC》课的实验,所用的PLC为日本立石公司的C40P。我们保留了该实验的实时时间控制的特色,而以PLC完成控制。
With the increasing application of PLC and SCM, our school has successively set up two courses of “PLC” and “SCM” in the fields of “Enterprise” and “Computer Application”, replacing the “ Microcomputer principle and application. ” We transplanted many experiments in the original “Microcomputer Principle and Application Experiment” to enrich and gradually formed the experiment teaching system of “PLC” and “Microcontroller”. This article describes the “traffic lights real-time control” experiment ported to “PLC” class experiment, the PLC used by Japan’s Tateishi C40P. We retained the experimental real-time time control features, and to complete the control of the PLC.
