目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者血清中基质细胞趋化因子1α(SDF-1α)的水平,与血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗、高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)等的相关性。方法选取健康对照(NC)组31名,2型糖尿病(T2DM)组151例。检测hsC-RP、HbA_1c、TG、TC等生化指标,ELISA法检测血清SDF-1α,计算HO-MA-IR。结果 T2DM组SDF-1α明显高于NC组(P<0.01)。伴有肾病组高于不伴有肾病组,大量白蛋白尿组高于微量白蛋白尿组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。SDF-1α与hsC-RP、HbA_1c、HOMA-IR和尿白蛋白/肌酐(UAlb/Cr)呈正相关,与血脂不相关。T2DM组hsC-RP与HbA_1c、HOMA-IR、UAlb/Cr呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 T2DM患者SDF-1α水平升高,可能参与糖尿病肾病的炎症和免疫反应过程。
Objective To investigate the serum level of stromal cell chemokine 1α (SDF-1α) in patients with diabetic nephropathy and its correlation with blood glucose, lipids, insulin resistance and hsC-RP. Methods Totally 31 healthy controls (NC) and 151 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were selected. The biochemical indexes such as hsC-RP, HbA_1c, TG and TC were detected, serum SDF-1α was measured by ELISA, and HO-MA-IR was calculated. Results SDF-1α in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in NC group (P <0.01). Nephropathy group was higher than without nephropathy group, a large number of albuminuria group was higher than microalbuminuria group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between SDF-1α and hsC-RP, HbA 1c, HOMA-IR and urinary albumin / creatinine (UAlb / Cr) The hsC-RP in T2DM group was positively correlated with HbA 1c, HOMA-IR and UAlb / Cr (P <0.01). Conclusion The level of SDF-1α in T2DM patients is elevated, which may be involved in the inflammation and immune response in diabetic nephropathy.
