本文应用自行设计、制备的新基体α-腈基阿魏酸及α-腈基阿魏酸与3-硝基苄醇组成的固液相二元混合基体,用基体辅助激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱法成功地对蛋白质样品胰岛素,细胞色素C和白蛋白进行了分子量测定。研究结果表明,α-腈基阿魏酸可以有效地解吸分子量较小的胰岛素,而α-腈基阿魏酸与3-硝基苄醇组成的二元混合基体则能够明显地提高分析灵敏度和重现性,测得分子量较大的细胞色素C和白蛋白的激光质谱图
In this paper, a new solid-liquid binary hybrid matrix consisting of α-nitrile ferulic acid and α-nitrile ferulic acid and 3-nitrobenzyl alcohol was designed and prepared. The matrix-assisted laser desorption / ionization time of flight Mass spectrometry was successfully used to determine the molecular weight of protein samples, insulin, cytochrome C and albumin. The results showed that α-nitrile ferulic acid can desorb the insulin of lower molecular weight effectively, while the binary mixed matrix consisting of α-nitrile ferulic acid and 3-nitrobenzyl alcohol can obviously improve the analytical sensitivity and Reproducibility, measured the larger molecular weight of cytochrome C and albumin laser mass spectrometry
