本文分析了MZ—1000型单相交流埋弧自动焊机加整流器后用于粗丝CO_2气体保护自动焊的合理性,并经实验和生产应用所证实。通过实验确定了串联于焊接回路中的电感值可以是一个定值,并且证明了它主要起维弧的作用。在此基础上又进一步提出了裂相整流电路,从而简单而又满意地取代了串联于焊接回路中的电感。用新的方法解决了单相整流电源用于CO_2焊接时电弧的稳定燃烧问题。最后着重对CO_2焊接的潜弧现象作了分析。
This paper analyzes the rationality of MZ-1000 single-phase AC submerged arc automatic welding machine plus rectifier for the automatic welding of thick wire CO2 gas protection, which is confirmed by the experiment and production application. It is experimentally determined that the value of inductance connected in series in the welding loop can be a constant value and it proves that it mainly functions as a triaxial arc. On this basis, we further propose a split-phase rectifier circuit, which simply and satisfactorily replaced the inductance in series with the welding circuit. A New Method to Solve the Single Phase Rectifier Power Supply for CO_2 Welding Arc Stable Combustion Problem. Finally, the submarine arc phenomenon of CO_2 welding was analyzed.
