山东电力集团公司(以下简称山东公司)紧紧围绕“四个服务”的企业宗旨,大力推进“1135”应急服务能力提升工程建设,强化“三敏”(敏锐、敏感、敏捷)服务意识,变被动应急抢修为主动应急服务,不断提升电力应急处置和服务经济社会发展的能力,实现了应急管理“组织有序、体系完备、响应快速、服务高效”的目标。
Shandong Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Company) closely follows the enterprise tenet of “Four Services” and vigorously promotes the construction of “1135” emergency service capability enhancement project and strengthens the “Sanmin” (keen, sensitive, agile ) Service awareness, change from passive emergency repair to emergency response service, continuously improve the ability of emergency handling and service of economic and social development, and achieve the goal of emergency management “orderly organization, complete system, quick response and efficient service ”.
