滨海县人民医院将医疗质量、医疗安全作为加强内涵建设的重中之重。从提高医疗服务能力和技术水平、强化专业基础的理论与实践、强化医疗风险防范等基本管理的源头预防;到加强重点部门关键岗位管理、规范诊疗行为、严格履行核心医疗制度等各环节过程的控制;最后加强医院信息化能力提升,进行医疗质控指标分析、建立绩效评价考核体系、细化奖惩机制等结果管理。最终构建全面质量管理体系,实现诊疗行为和流程环节的全面管控。
