我国已经建成和正在建设的等级公路中,绝大部分是半刚性基层沥青路面。随着公路大修工程逐渐增加,半刚性水泥就地冷再生技术推广应用日益增多。然而,水泥掺量、新集料掺量、再生深度、原基层类型和再生设备等因素对水泥就地冷再生工程应用效果均会产生较大影响。本文创造性地在原有控制指标的基础上,提出采用弯沉和横向均匀性指标来控制再生基层的施工质量,采用单因素方差分析方法,研究上述五项因素对水泥就地冷再生基层的压实度、无侧限抗压强度、弯沉和横向均匀性指标的影响权重,研究结果表明,对于压实度指标影响显著的主要是水泥掺量,对于无侧限抗压强度指标影响显著的是水泥掺量和新集料掺量,对于弯沉指标影响显著的是水泥掺量,对于横向均匀性指标影响显著的是水泥掺量、新集料掺量和原基层类型。

Based on the original control index, this paper proposed the use of deflection and lateral uniformity index to control the quality of recycled grassroots construction. The single factor analysis of variance was used to study the effect of the above five factors on the compaction of cold reclaimed grassland Degree of unconfined compressive strength, deflection and lateral uniformity of the weight of the index, the results show that the impact of the compaction index is mainly cement content, the impact of unconfined compressive strength index is significant Cement content and new aggregate content, the influence of deflection index is significant cement content, for the horizontal uniformity index significant impact of cement content, new aggregate content and the original grassroots type.
