目的:探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因G894T多态性与过敏性紫癜和过敏性紫癜性肾炎易感性的关系。方法:应用PCR-RFLP技术检测90例过敏性紫癜/过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者与98例正常对照组内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因G894T多态性。结果:eNOS基因型构成比在HSP组与正常对照组、HSPN组与正常对照组之间差异有显著性(P=0.022,P=0.025),但在HSP和HSPN之间差异无显著性(P=0.585)。eNOS-GG基因型和G等位基因具有较高的患HSP和HSPN的危险性。结论:携带eNOS基因G894T多态性增加患HSP/HSPN的危险。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene G894T and susceptibility to Henoch-Schonlein purpura and anaplastic purpura nephritis. Methods: PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene G894T in 90 patients with allergic purpura / allergic purpura nephritis and 98 normal controls. Results: The genotype of eNOS was significantly different between HSP group and normal control group (P = 0.022, P = 0.025), but there was no significant difference between HSP and HSPN (P = 0.585). The eNOS-GG genotype and G allele have a high risk of developing HSP and HSPN. Conclusion: G894T polymorphism of eNOS gene increases the risk of HSP / HSPN.
