介绍多股流换热器的传热计算数学模型,并在程序中实现了换热器的设计计算。在分析前人研究成果的基础上,提出了通道分配与排布的原则和相应的设计计算方法。叙述了换热器横向导热控制的新思路,利用通道排布的周期性改善隔板温度的分布,再采用手段控制隔板温度的波动幅值,在一定程度下可以趋近等壁温的效果,可以有效减少横向导热。设计了用于实验的换热器试件并验证了其设计的合理性。
The heat transfer calculation mathematical model of multi-flow heat exchanger is introduced, and the heat exchanger design and calculation are realized in the program. Based on the analysis of previous research results, the principle of channel assignment and arrangement and the corresponding design and calculation method are put forward. The new idea of transverse heat conduction control of heat exchanger is described. The distribution of the temperature of the separator is improved periodically by means of channel arrangement, and then the temperature fluctuation amplitude of the separator is controlled by means of channel, and the effect of isothermal wall temperature can be approached to a certain extent , Can effectively reduce the horizontal thermal conductivity. The heat exchanger specimens for the experiment were designed and the rationality of the design was verified.
