近几年来,全国各地开展了不少培养学生自学能力的教学实验。从实验报告中可以看出,在教师指导下的学生自学过程中,教师虽然发挥着主导作用,但这种作用明显地减弱了。而这些实验报告的结论,却往往要牵强附会地说:“教师主导作用不是削弱了,而是加强了。”我们不禁要问:教师主导作用的“强”是否是绝对的好事?“弱”是否就是绝对的坏事?
In recent years, many teaching experiments have been conducted throughout the country to cultivate students’ self-learning ability. From the experimental report, it can be seen that in the self-study process of teachers under the guidance of teachers, although teachers play a leading role, this effect has been significantly weakened. The conclusions of these experimental reports often require far-fetched comments: “The leading role of teachers is not weakened, but strengthened.” We cannot help but ask: Is the “strong” role of teacher leadership an absolute good thing? “Weak” Is it an absolute bad thing?
