目的:研究氟漆对正畸后白垩斑的预防作用,为临床提供参考。方法:选取我中心2015年1月~2015年12月接受正畸治疗者68例,分为两组:氟漆组34例正畸后采用氟漆预防白垩斑,对照组34例不加预防白垩斑。正畸前、6个月后分别采用分光光度计比色仪测色,记录L*a*b*值,计算前后色差值(△E)。结果:氟漆组与对照组正畸前、后6个月牙齿各部平均色差值均小于1.7的可辨色差值,但对照组体部、颈部、切端平均色差值明显高于氟漆组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氟漆组未出现明显不良反应。结论:氟漆可有效预防正畸后白垩斑,而且操作简便,不依赖患者配合程度,便于临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the prophylactic effect of fluoride paint on white chalazal after orthodontics, and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods: 68 cases of orthodontic treatment in our center from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups: 34 cases of fluorine paint group used fluoride paint to prevent white spots after orthodontics, 34 cases of control group did not prevent chalk spot. Before orthodontics, 6 months later, spectrophotometer colorimetry was used to measure the color. The L * a * b * value was recorded and the color difference (△ E) was calculated. Results: The average chromatic aberration values of the teeth in the fluoride group and the control group before and 6 months after orthodontics were all less than 1.7. However, the average chromatic aberration values at the body, neck and incision in the control group were significantly higher than those in the fluoride group Paint group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The fluorine paint group did not appear obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: Fluoride paint can effectively prevent post-orthodontic chalky spot, and its operation is simple and convenient. It is convenient for clinical application without depending on the patient’s cooperation.
