As a new type of trading relationship, financial leasing is a product of the economic rise and market competition in international and domestic financial fields. However, some problems that appear in the current financial leasing also require the state and the legal department to formulate the corresponding rules and regulations so as to ensure the smooth operation of the financial leasing industry.
