考虑到新的运用要求,苏联交通部会議討論了最近主型客货車問題和現有車辆現代化道路問題。在拟定和运用新型車辆与現有車辆現代化的时候,要保证使新造的客货車能完全滿足将来的运用要求,要在全面的技术經济研究的基础上确定車型。关于这些問題,主要应該注意: 1.以最快的速度制造大載重、能完全进行机械化装卸作业和能保证运輸货物完好的車辆; 2.用具有自动冷却装置的冷藏車和为运輸个别货物的专用車来装备車辆; 3.保证新造的全金属客車重量輕,更充分利用限界,安装电气东暖和空气調节装置,以便能把这些車辆用到高速运行的綫路上去; 4.提高車辆运用可靠性和增加車辆的使用年
Considering the new requirements for operation, the meeting of the Soviet Ministry of Transport discussed the recent problems with the main vans and the existing problems with the modernization of the vehicles. When formulating and using new vehicles and modernizing existing vehicles, it is imperative to ensure that newly-built vans meet the requirements of future applications and that the models be determined on the basis of comprehensive technical and economic research. With regard to these issues, we should pay attention to the following points: 1. Manufacture heavy loads at the fastest speed, complete mechanized loading and unloading operations, and vehicles that ensure the transport of goods intact. 2.
