目的观察术前应用戊已奎醚复合阿托品对患儿静脉复合全身麻醉围手术期管理的影响。方法 2008年3月2009年2月选择60例患儿,ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级,随机分为3组,A组:静注阿托品;B组:静注戊已奎醚;C组:静注戊已奎醚复合阿托品(阿托品0.25mg、戊已奎醚0.25mg),3组均按0.01mg/kg静注。记录给药前(T0)、进入术间后(T1)、手术开始时(T2)、手术开始30min(T3)、苏醒期(T4)的HR、MAP、SpO2,记录吸痰次数、吸痰的时间。结果 A组:T1~T4时HR、MAP明显高于T0时(P<0.05),与B、C组同时段比较HR明显增快、MAP明显升高(P<0.05);B组:T1、T3、T4时HR低于T0(P<0.05),T2比T0时增高,但比较无差异(P>0.05),T1~T4时MAP与T0时比较无差异(P>0.05);C组:T1、T2时HR略高于T0时,T3、T4时低于T0时,T1~T4时MAP与T0时比较无差异(P>0.05),各时段三组吸痰次数比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论戊已奎醚复合阿托品有效地抑制了患儿腺体分泌,使得围手术期心率、血压更加平稳,提高了患儿围手术期的安全。
Objective To observe the effect of preoperative application of pentaconidine in combination with atropine on perioperative management of intravenous combined general anesthesia in children. Methods March 2008 February 2009 60 children were selected, ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ, were randomly divided into three groups, A group: intravenous atropine; B group: intravenous pentacecetin; C group: Queridone compound atropine (atropine 0.25mg, pentaconidine 0.25mg), 3 groups were intravenously 0.01mg / kg. The HR, MAP and SpO2 of the patients before the operation (T0), the time of the operation (T1), the beginning of the operation (T2), the start of the operation 30min (T3) time. Results In group A, the HR and MAP at T1 ~ T4 were significantly higher than those at T0 (P <0.05), HR at the same time point was significantly higher than that in B and C groups (P <0.05) HR at T3 and T4 was lower than that at T0 (P <0.05), T2 was higher than that at T0, but there was no difference (P> 0.05) HR at T1 and T2 was slightly higher than that at T0, and at T3 and T4, it was lower than T0. There was no difference in MAP between T0 and T4 when compared with T0 (P> 0.05) 0.05). Conclusion pentaconidine compound atropine effectively inhibited the glandular secretion in children, making perioperative heart rate, blood pressure more stable and improve the perioperative safety of children.
