目的 对比研究恒牙直接盖髓治疗过程中应用iRoot BP plus和MTA两项手术方式的临床效果.方法 择在我院接受恒牙直接盖髓术治疗的60例患者,通过随机分组的方式分成对照组和治疗组,平均每组30例.对照组采用MT A手术方式实施治疗;治疗组采用iRoot BP plus手术方式实施治疗.比较两组手术治疗效果、盖髓操作时间和术后恢复时间、术后不良反应情况.结果 治疗组患者手术治疗总有效率达到93.3％,高于对照组的76.7％;盖髓操作时间和术后恢复时间短于对照组;仅有1例术后不良反应,少于对照组的6例.组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 恒牙直接盖髓治疗过程中应用iRoot BP plus手术方式,可以减少术后不良反应,缩短盖髓操作时间,使牙齿功能在短时间内恢复,从而提高口腔治疗效果.
