目的分析西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员工作满意度现状,为西部民族地区基层卫生人力的稳定和发展提供参考依据。方法通过整群抽样的方法对西部民族地区255名基层卫生技术人员进行问卷调查,并对其中部分卫生技术人员进行深入访谈,用SPSS软件描述与分析满意度相关指标。结果西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员满意度中得分最高的是人际关系,其次工作环境和单位管理制度得分较高,个人专业发展和报酬等得分较低,得分最低的是紧张劳累程度。村卫生室和乡卫生院卫生技术人员总的满意度无统计学差异,但紧张劳累程度与报酬及社会认同等维度差异有统计学意义。结论提高西部民族地区基层卫生技术人员的工作满意度需要综合考虑不同满意度维度对其产生的影响。
Objective To analyze the status quo of job satisfaction of grassroots health technicians in western minority areas and provide reference for the stability and development of grassroots health workers in western minority areas. Methods A total of 255 grassroots health technicians in the western minority areas were surveyed by cluster sampling method. Some of them were interviewed in depth. SPSS software was used to describe and analyze the related indexes of satisfaction. Results The scores of satisfaction of grass-roots health technicians in western ethnic areas were the highest among the scores, followed by the higher working environment and unit management system scores, the lower scores of personal professional development and remuneration, and the lowest scores were the degree of stress and fatigue. There was no significant difference in the total satisfaction of the village health centers and township health workers, but there was significant difference in the dimensions of tense exertion, remuneration and social recognition. Conclusion To improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots health technicians in ethnic areas in western China needs to consider the impact of different dimensions of satisfaction on them.
