2014年的主要工作依法履行审判职责,维护公平正义,推进法治建设全市法院全年收案465106件,同比上升10.6%,结案448246件,同比上升10.9%,收案、结案数量均达到历史新高。其中,市高级法院收案9456件,同比上升24.4%,结案9211件,同比上升18.1%。认真履行刑事审判职责,依法惩罚犯罪、保障人权。审结刑事案件22908件,对24764人判处刑罚,对10名公诉案件被告人、16名自诉
The main tasks in 2014 were to fulfill their judicial duties in accordance with the law, maintain fairness and justice, and promote the rule of law. The city’s courts accepted 465,106 cases a year, an increase of 10.6% over the same period of last year, with 448,246 cases closed, an increase of 10.9% over the same period of last year. Both the number of cases accepted and the number of cases closed reached a historical high. Among them, the City High Court accepted 9456 cases, an increase of 24.4% over the same period of last year, closing 9,211 cases, an increase of 18.1% over the same period of last year. Seriously perform the duties of criminal trial, punish crimes and protect human rights according to law. Concluded 22,988 criminal cases, sentenced 24,764 people to penalties, prosecuted 10 prosecutors and 16 private prosecutions
