本文介绍了在贯彻落实“八·五”全军除害灭病规划中，为深化卫生管理而实行“三个结合”的做法，即创建卫生营院与基层后勤达标相结合；卫生行政管理与法制监督相结合；疾病预防与健康教育相结合。“三个结合”的做法，改变了卫生防病工作单打一的局面，使大卫生观在部队得到强化，从而促进了除害灭病工作的深入发展，提高了部队整体健康水平。
This article describes the practice of “three combinations” in deepening health management in implementing the plan of eliminating and eliminating diseases and diseases in the “August 5” National Army, which combines the establishment of health camps with the compliance of grass-roots logistics; and the development of health administration and Legal supervision combined; disease prevention and health education combined. The “three combination” approach has changed the situation in which health and disease prevention work singles one by one, strengthened the concept of big health in the army, promoted the further development of the work of eliminating pests and diseases, and improved the overall health of the armed forces.
