以硝酸铅、氧氯化锆、钛酸四丁酯为反应物前躯体,氢氧化钾为矿化剂,采用水热法和溶剂热法合成PZT粉体。系统研究了两种方法得到的PZT晶体物相和形貌的区别,通过XRD和SEM对粉体进行了表征。研究结果表明:在KOH浓度为2mol/L,200℃反应6h的条件下两种方法均得到了粒径约为1μm,粒径均匀的钙钛矿结构的PZT粉体;在两种反应体系中引入PVA,都得到了径向尺寸约为100nm的棒体结构。但是两种方法得到的PZT粉体的形貌有很大的不同。
Lead nitrate, zirconium oxychloride and tetrabutyl titanate were used as precursors and potassium hydroxide was used as mineralizer. PZT powder was synthesized by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method. The difference between the phase and the morphology of the PZT crystals obtained by the two methods was systematically studied. The powders were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that PZT powders with perovskite structure with particle size about 1μm and uniform particle size were obtained by KOH concentration of 2mol / L and reaction of 200 ℃ for 6h. In the two reaction systems The introduction of PVA, have been obtained in the radial size of about 100nm rod structure. However, the morphology of PZT powders obtained by the two methods is quite different.
