曾三同志治丧办公室并转沈毅同志: 惊悉曾三同志因病逝世,中国档案学会的广大会员十分悲痛,谨向我们敬爱的曾老不幸病故表示沉痛的哀悼,向沈毅同志和曾老的子女表示亲切的慰问！ 曾三同志在全面开创新中国档案事业过程中,十分重视对档案学理论、方法和技术的研究工作,早在五十、六十年代,就提倡在坚持马列主义、毛泽东思想指导下,继承我国档案学优秀的历史遗产,借鉴外国档案学和档案工作中的先进经验,紧密结合实际,创建新中国的档案学,领导建立了我国档案学的专职研究机构——档案学研究室和档案科学技术研究所;他深入实际、调查研究,善于集中集体智慧,对我国档案事业的各个方面,诸如档案行政管理体系和职责,档案工作法规建设,档案馆性质、任务、科学管理和布局规划,机关文书处理和档案室工作、科技档案、城建档案等等,都发表了大量的讲话和文章,形成了他丰富的档案学思想,对促进我国档案学创建和发展起了重大作用。 党的十一届三中全会后,他积极倡导、支持和组织中国档案学会,担任中国档案学会筹备委
