《森林铁路技术管理规程》中有关列车制动的部分照搬了标准铁路的制动理论.《技规解释》中更做出了无法应用于生产实践的错误结论。本文着重分析了标准轨铁路与林区窄轨铁路车辆制动装置及列车制动的特性,指出了影响林区窄轨铁路列车制动的因素不仅是机车制动力、还取决于列车的运行速度、编组质量、车辆装载质量、车辆编组位置、天气状况等,单纯以闸瓦力来核定森铁列车的安全制动问题是不合适的。建议对《技规》和《解释》中的有关条款进行补充和修订。
The part of the “Forest Railway Technical Management Regulations” that deals with train brakes reproduces the braking theory of standard railroads. “Technical Interpretation” made more can not be applied to the production of wrong conclusions. This paper focuses on the characteristics of the braking devices and train brakes of the narrow-gauge railway vehicles in standard railroads and forest areas. It is pointed out that the factors affecting the braking of narrow-gauge railway trains are not only the locomotive braking force but also the running speed of the train , Grouping quality, vehicle loading quality, vehicle grouping position, weather conditions, etc. It is not appropriate to verify the safety braking of the forest train by a simple brake force. It is suggested to supplement and amend the relevant provisions of “Technical Regulations” and “Interpretation”.
