本文主要研究了成熟度、包装形式及预冷温度等因素对寒露蜜桃的采后呼吸生理的影响及保鲜技术措施。结果表明:预冷温度愈低,对桃前期呼吸有明显抑制作用;适宜包装袋起到了较好的MA 气调作用,抑制了呼吸;高成熟度的果前期呼吸强度相对较大,峰值较高。另外发现:CO2 浓度高易造成果实风味下降。采用适宜保鲜措施(4 ℃预冷+ 0 ℃冷藏+ PE 包装+ 低成熟度+ 乙烯吸收剂) 可使寒露蜜桃保鲜45d 左右。
This paper mainly studies the maturity, the form of packaging and pre-cooling temperature and other factors on the postharvest respiratory physiology of Peanut Peach and preservation techniques and measures. The results showed that the lower the precooling temperature, the lower the pre-peach respiration. The suitable packing bag played a good role in regulating the atmosphere and inhibiting the respiration. The high pre-respiration intensity was relatively high and the peak value was high . Also found: high CO2 concentration can easily lead to decreased fruit flavor. Adoption of appropriate preservation measures (4 ℃ pre-cooling + 0 ℃ cold + PE packaging + low maturity + ethylene absorbent) can make pearl peaches fresh 45d or so.
