提出并阐明了采用条带充填开采置换条带煤柱的基理,分析了影响置换充填开采的关键因素,从充填体宽度、强度及充填方法方面研究了最佳充填开采模式.研究结果表明:条带充填体置换煤柱过程中,条带充填体起到“桥墩”作用,合理设计“桥墩”的支撑强度、宽度及充填方法以控制“关键层”运动幅度,是实现矿山压力的平稳转移和覆岩运动有效控制的关键;采场“关键层”的沉降量与“桥墩”的弹性模量E和宽度D密切相关,通过研究“关键层”的沉降量及充填成本与“桥墩”的弹性模量E和宽度D的关系可以确定最佳“桥墩”的弹性模量E和宽度D;采场的安全系数θ由充填体强度σt与宽度D决定,通过研究安全系数及充填成本与充填体强度及宽度的关系可以确定最佳充填体强度.
