近阈值电压技术是一门能够进行低压低功耗电路设计的新型技术,并在应用中取得了成果。从近阈值电压技术的提出背景和发展现状开始,围绕与传统设计的比较分析,展开论述了其技术优势及问题挑战。针对近阈值电压技术的设计挑战,结合实际电路分析其解决方案。最后,简要介绍阈值电压技术的产品化成果,并对其未来发展做出展望。
Near-threshold voltage technology is a new technology that enables the design of low-voltage, low-power circuits and has achieved results in applications. Starting from the background and development status quo of near-threshold voltage technology, this paper discusses its technical advantages and problems and challenges in comparison with the traditional design. For the design of near-threshold voltage technology challenges, combined with the actual circuit analysis of its solutions.
