目前,新课程教育改革之风盛行,但仍有很多教师摆脱不了传统的教学观念,在教学课堂上以“管理者”的形象自居,学生一直处于被动的学习地位。长此以往,必将挫伤学生上课的积极性和主动性。而《义务教育数学课程标准》中指出:数学教学的基本出发点是促进学生全面、持续、和谐的发展,并在有限的教学时间里使学生得到充分发展。为此,在新课程改革背景下,教师必须重视课堂教学的有效性,以实现数学教学的真正价值,并为我国培养出具有创新精神和实践能力的新型数学人才。
