目的:观察鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:采用鸦胆子油乳联合长春瑞滨+卡铂化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌20例(治疗组),单纯长春瑞滨+卡铂化疗20例(对照组)。结果:治疗组客观疗效在改善症状提高生活质量,减轻化疗药物不良反应方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌可降低化疗对患者免疫功能的影响和不良反应,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Brucea javanica oil combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 20 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (treatment group) and 20 cases of simple vinorelbine + carboplatin chemotherapy group (control group) were treated with Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with vinorelbine + carboplatin. Results: The objective curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05) in improving the symptoms, improving the quality of life and alleviating the adverse reactions of chemotherapy drugs. Conclusion: Brucea javanica combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can reduce the impact of chemotherapy on patients with immune function and adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of patients.
