在中学生理卫生、生物学的教学中,都要讲解人体和动物的四种基本组织,而且,还要进一步在显微镜下观察这些组织的形态结构,才能使中学生牢牢地掌握这些基础知识。可是,在目前中学生物教学中,大多数实验都是采用已制成的切片标本,缺乏新鲜材料的制作内容,致使中学生不明白切片标本的来源,没有看新鲜材料那样显得直观。因而,使教学实验内容大大受到限制,为此,我们感到:这种情况大有改善的必要,我们参考了前人在
In the middle school students’ physiology and biology teaching, we must explain the four kinds of basic human and animal tissues, and further observe the morphological structure of these tissues under the microscope so as to make the middle school students firmly grasp these basic knowledge. However, in the current biology teaching in secondary schools, most of the experiments use the prepared sliced specimens and lack the content of fresh materials. As a result, secondary school students do not understand the origin of the sliced specimens and do not look as intuitive as fresh materials.
