群众文化是群众的生活方式,是社会文化的重要组成部分,它对丰富群众的文化生活、保障群众的基本文化权益、促进社会主义文化建设有着十分重要的意义。本文从加强群众文化建设的必要性、面临的问题、加强群众文化建设的建议几个方面作了简要阐述。
The mass culture is the lifestyle of the masses and an important part of the social culture. It is of great significance to enriching the masses ’cultural life, safeguarding the masses’ basic cultural rights and promoting the socialist cultural construction. This article gives a brief exposition of several aspects, such as the necessity of strengthening mass cultural construction, the problems we face and the proposals to strengthen the mass cultural construction.
