本文评述了臭氧处理循环冷却水技术的最新研究和应用状况,提出了今后的研究方向并介绍了作者的最新研究成果.试验结果表明,臭氧具有良好的杀菌作用,当系统的贮水池中保持0.05mg/L左右臭氧时,可以保证系统中微生物指标满足工业标准.在采用臭氧处理循环水时,若补充水的硬度较低,推荐采用较高的浓缩倍数,并加入少量缓蚀剂,以提高缓蚀效率;若硬度较高,推荐采用较低的浓缩倍数,并尽量控制在微结垢状态下运行.
