在高废钢比冶炼条件下,为了改善转炉终点钢液磷含量过高的问题,采用65 t顶底复吹转炉,结合脱磷热力学理论,系统分析研究了入炉铁水和终点条件对转炉脱磷的影响。结果表明,最佳的入炉铁水和终点脱磷条件为:当铁水温度、Si含量、终渣碱度、FeO和MnO分别控制在1 300~1 360℃、0.55%~0.65%、≥2.6、16%~22%和2.5%~4.0%时,可以顺利实现终点钢液磷含量在0.015 0%以下。
