目的通过情景模拟演练提高护理人员对患者自杀的应急处理能力。方法强调当班护士严格执行护理级别的巡查制度,及时了解病人的心理需求,加强心理护理与宣教,杜绝不良事件发生。结果由科室护士根据病房发生的真实事件回顾性的编写剧本,选定具有一定表演技能的人员扮演患者、医护人员,设置患者自杀场景,制定演练方案,进行突发自杀事件应急救护演练。结论情景模拟法能提高年轻护士对护理安全的认识与重视,提升其对突发事件的应变能力。
Objective To improve the ability of nurses to deal with emergency suicide by using scenario simulation exercises. The method emphasizes on-duty nurses strictly enforcing the nursing-level inspection system, keeping abreast of the patient’s psychological needs, strengthening psychological care and education, and preventing the occurrence of adverse events. Results The nurses in the department retrospectively compiled scripts according to the real events that occurred in the ward, selected patients with certain performance skills to play the patients and medical staff, set up suicide scenarios for the patients, formulated exercise programs and carried out emergency rescue drills in sudden suicides. Conclusion Scenario simulation method can improve young nurses’ cognition and emphasis on nursing safety and enhance their adaptability to emergencies.
