随着“一改三策”工会经费收缴工作的改革,工会活动也日趋活跃。按照全国总工会《工会预算管理办法》和《基层工会经费收支管理办法》的规定,认真做好工会经费的财务管理工作,确保工会经费的合理、有效使用已经成为当前依法治企的一项重要内容。不断加强县供电公司工会经费财务管理,不仅有利于提高工会科学理财、民主管财、有效用财的水平,也是收好、管好、用好工会经费的重要手段。
With the reform of the collection of trade union funds, the trade union activities have also become increasingly active. In accordance with the provisions of the “Measures for the Administration of the Trade Unions Budget Management” and “Measures for the Administration of Funds for Basic Trade Unions” of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the financial management of trade union funds should be conscientiously done to ensure that the reasonable and effective use of unions’ funds has become one of the current enterprises under the rule of law important content. Continuously strengthening the financial management of the union funds of the county power supply companies will not only help improve the level of trade union financial management, democratic management and effective use of wealth, but also be an important means of collecting, managing and using trade union funds.
