Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病是一种顽固性疾病，其所致的葡萄膜炎有很高的致盲率，治疗相当棘手。我们设计出用苯丁酸氮芥联合中药治疗Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的方案，用此方案治疗１６例患者获满意效果，葡萄膜炎完全控制者有１１例（６８．７５％），基本控制者５例（３１．２５％），视力提高者占６３．３３％，眼外病变完全控制者１０例（６２．５％），明显减轻者６例（３７．５％）。患者对此种治疗有很好的耐受性。根据观察结果，讨论了此种治疗的作用特点、适应证、副作用、注意事项等问题。
Behcet’s disease is a refractory disease, its cause of uveitis has a high rate of blindness, the treatment is quite difficult. We designed a combination of chlorambucil and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Behcet disease program, with this program for the treatment of 16 patients with satisfactory results, uveitis completely controlled in 11 cases (68.75%), the basic controller in 5 cases ( 31.25%), 63.33% of eyesight improvement, 10 cases (62.5%) of complete control of extraocular lesions and 6 cases (37.5%) of obvious reduction. Patients are well tolerated for this treatment. According to the observation, we discussed the features, indications, side effects and precautions of such treatment.
